Why aren't my guests seeing a landing page?
Automatic login can occur because the user/customer is still within their pre-defined campaign session time limits.
If you're experiencing issues with automatic login, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Step 1. Please perform the procedure for logging of a connected user (Logging Off A Connected User)
Step 2. Verify that your campaign has a session time limit set in the Location under the Options tab AND that the user is not still within the session limit.
Step 3. Set desired session time limits for the campaign in order to require new authentication for Wi-Fi access. Session time limits can be set under Locations under the Options tab (Locations Overview)
If at this time performing the above steps has not resolved your issue, please open a ticket with support detailing your troubleshooting attempts and our team will be happy help.
Please also provide, if possible, a picture of the underside of your device as well as the specific device and campaign name to help us resolve your issue in a timely manner.
