Why am I not seeing Presence Analytics on the SH100?

Please make sure you have the latest Firmware installed on your SH100. You can always upgrade in the dashboard by clicking the yellow triangle with an exclamation point. If you do not see this you can upgrade with the latest version by following the SH100 Manual Firmware Upgrade article.

Otherwise, generally, a reboot of the SH100 will restore Presence Analytics in your dashboard. If only the sub user cannot see that Presence Analytics, you will need to check their permissions.
