Why am I seeing so many Automation errors?

Automations are triggered on every login. If you are seeing errors it is likely due to different login methods. For instance, If you have an Automation setup to send an email but you also have SMS login for that campaign, there is no email associated with the SMS login and therefore your Automation cannot be sent.

You can scroll over the status (error, withheld, etc) in the Automation history and a pop up will explain the error.
