Why are Guests are not seeing the Splash Page when they login?

When a guest logs in, they begin a session. If a guest connects and they do not receive the Splash Page, it is often because they have logged in previously and are still within the session limit. Session limits are located in the Location under the Settings tab.

For flashed devices, make sure your router is online in the dashboard.

​For Cloud Controllers, check your configuration  according to our support article.Make sure you have copied the NasID to your controller, where applicable.
